This allows us to capture events that are not included in business procedures, but that nevertheless occur in the organization and have an impact on it. Thanks to this analysis, a multi-level process tree is created that include stages, activities, and steps. The process tree is the foundation of every organization, and is intertwined with all of its elements.
Filling and describing business processes makes it possible to create changes in a company. At 4STRIMO, we utilize the Deming cycle, which is characterized by the acronym PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act - Plan, Do, Check, Act). This is a set of consecutive actions aimed at capturing actual problems, eliminating potential problems, and as a result, improving the functioning of an organization. In optimizing these processes, we also connect previously independent activities. This is conducive to building a knowledge bank and making it available to all interested parties.
